Frances Khan Lin, MD
Born on land. Frayed to sea. Away to see.
Frances is a writer and artist with a B.A. in Biochemistry and
Molecular Biology from Dartmouth College. She has
exhibited her installations in NYC, Shanghai and Taipei.
She also completed her residency training at the University of Connecticut and is a Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician having practiced in the gang-ridden neighborhoods of Connecticut at Hartford Hospital.

Frances made a move from New York City to Shanghai two years ago. She is many things at many times, but you will find that at her core lays a poet. Born on the Pacific Coasts of Vancouver, B.C., Canada and having grown up in the Mediterranean Seas of Tripoli, Libya, the smell of sun-roasted seas in sierra sunset breeze and grass stained knees is what she calls home. She is happiest when foraging through moss-ridden forests surrounded by the smell of dirt and fungi after the rain.
