There was a moment, under almost opaque, diaphanous clouds, when the sun shined through a recent downpour where I discovered my kin with the ocean. The sea shimmered in such a way, that the layering swells appeared to glow for miles on end. My skin picked up every delicate detail of the salt waters. This is when I first heard the sea sing. And since then I hear its whispers and they come through in watercolor paintings and mobiles.
